The email addresses posted on this website are strictly prohibited from being collected without permission using email harvesting programs or other technical devices. Violation of this policy may result in criminal penalties under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition on Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)
1. No one shall collect email addresses using automated programs or other technical devices from internet websites without the prior consent of the website operator or administrator.
2. No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.
3. No one shall use the email addresses collected, sold, or distributed in violation of Paragraphs 1 and 2 for transmitting information, knowing that such actions are prohibited.

Article 74 (Penalties) A person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be subject to a fine not exceeding 10 million KRW:
1. A person who displays, sells, or exhibits for the purpose of sale in violation of Article 8, Paragraph 4.
2. A person who distributes, sells, leases, or publicly displays obscene symbols, text, sounds, images, or videos in violation of Article 44-7, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1.
3. A person who repeatedly sends symbols, text, sounds, images, or videos that cause fear or anxiety in violation of Article 44-7, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3.
4. A person who implements technical measures in violation of Article 50, Paragraph 6.
5. A person who sends advertising information or collects, sells, distributes, or uses email addresses for information transmission in violation of Article 50-2 or Article 50-8.
6. A person who sends advertising information in violation of Article 50-8.
7. A person who fails to report changes in registration, business transfer, acquisition, merger, or inheritance in violation of Article 53, Paragraph 4.
② The offense under Subparagraph 3 of Paragraph 1 cannot be prosecuted against the explicit will of the victim.
