"(주) 엠투엔" (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values your personal information and complies with the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.” Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs you of the purpose and method in which the personal information you provide is used, and the measures taken to protect your personal information.
In case of any changes to the Privacy Policy, the Company will notify you through the website notices (or individual notifications).

This policy is effective as of: June 10, 2016

1. Items of Personal Information Collected

The Company collects the following personal information for inquiries, service requests, etc.

In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, if retention is required by relevant laws, the Company will retain the information for the period stipulated as follows:
- Retained Items: Name, contact information, email
- Reason for Retention: Basic reference for responding to online inquiries
- Retention Period: Until the online inquiry process is completed

4. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information

The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
The procedures and methods of destruction are as follows:
Destruction Procedure
The information provided by the user for inquiries is transferred to a separate database (or a separate file cabinet in the case of paper) after the purpose is achieved and is stored for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws, then destroyed.
Personal information transferred to a separate DB is not used for purposes other than those permitted by law.

Destruction Method
- Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible.

5. Provision of Personal Information

The Company does not provide personal information to external parties in principle. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
- When the user has given prior consent
- When required by law or for investigative purposes under legally established procedures

6. Entrustment of Collected Personal Information

For the performance of services, the Company outsources operations to the following specialized agency:

- Entrusted Services: Website and system management

7. Rights and Duties of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives

Data subjects may exercise the following rights regarding the protection of their personal information at any time:

8. Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Collection Tools
